What are the conditions for a return/refund request?
You can apply for a return/refund with the following reasons within 7 days from the date the item was delivered:
- I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product).
- I received damaged/faulty product(s).
If you wish to have a refund or return your product due to a change of mind, this is not allowed unless a mutual agreement has been made between the seller and yourself.
The order cannot be cancelled once the shipping details are sent out.
All returns must be new, in original packaging/sealed condition, complete (free gifts included), and have all tags & labels attached.
What should I do if I want to inform of my wrong/damaged item
If you received a wrong/damaged item(s), inform us via email within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. Please send your email to Sales@mela-co.com.
What are the effective supporting documents to be submitted for my refund/return request?
In the email to us, please Indicate your order number and include the following:
How do I return my wrong/damaged item once the return request has been confirmed?
Once the return request is confirmed, please send your item(s) to: My MailBox 883121, Singapore 919191. Items should be returned via tracked shipping i.e. postage with the tracking number. Kindly inform us of the tracking number and your original order number so that we can track the item as well.
Will my return shipping fee be covered, when I shipped back to seller
Kindly note that you are to pay for the return shipping fee for returning your item to us. Once received, we will refund the full original amount paid in the order, i.e. item price and the original shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund details. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 4 working days.
If the refund is not in, either check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and refund is still not in, please contact us at Sales@mela-co.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Shipping cost in refunds
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping charges will be removed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
