After you placed your order, it will be processed within 2 - 5 days.
Delivery of our products can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days depending on your countries' customs processing and procedures. During festive periods please allow a little extra time. As most of our products are very high demand items turnover is quite high and shipment processing can take a little longer during festive period or towards the year end.
Items; depending on demand, can also take several days to be processed. Once the order is processed, our team will update your items details into our system and begin the shipping process.
Once an order is received, we aim to process the order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a weekend or out of office hours are generally processed the next working day. i.e if you place an order on a Friday night, the order may be processed on the following Monday. After the order is processed and the item packed for shipping, tracking information will be updated in your account. As there may be an information lag during mail transiting, tracking details may not be updated real time, Nevertheless, please do not worry as the item is definitely on its way over.
For orders of multiple items, we may ship or post the items out separately to you to ensure the quickest possible delivery of all items.
